Vintage Dhurrie 037
I sourced these dhurries whilst in India earlier in the year and they’re lovely and soft as well as beautiful!
These wonderful dhurries were made in Royal courts, village homes and jails dating between 17th - 19th century. They have been lovingly washed and refurbished to bring them to the perfect usable condition they’re in today :)
There is a slight mark on the back of this dhurrie due to it’s age and years of being folded up safe. You cannot see it on the front side.
Size: 305 x 213cm
I would recommend using an underlay for any flatweave rug, it protects the rug as well as helping to keep it in place. My suggestion would be FOXI underlay.
