Vintage Banjara Textile 015

£45.00

Back due to popular demand - A beautiful hand embroidered and mirror work textile from the Nomadic tribal in India called the Banjaras. Each piece was originally the yoke of a wonderful dress, embroidered onto cotton fabric with colourful threads creating a unique look.

I think these look wonderful in box frames, as a stand alone piece or in a series of three.

38 x 31cm

Please note: This is a vintage item and you should expect to see evidence of wear, lose threads, potentially some reparations and slight ‘imperfections’, which I believe add to the character and charm of the piece.
